📋 Description

• Administer Azure infrastructure and governance • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, identity lifecycle, applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO/federation • Maintain identity and access management processes and workflows • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams • Manage endpoints through Intune, including policies, profiles, applications, Autopilot, and device lifecycle • Troubleshoot identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, device compliance, and user access issues • Partner with internal IT teams on escalations • Monitor system health and alerts and support security and compliance standards • Perform routine maintenance, patching, and change control • Create documentation, runbooks, and support materials • Identify and drive process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English • Experience administering Azure infrastructure and governance, including subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, policy, and Entra Connect/cloud sync • Microsoft Entra ID administration, including identity lifecycle, groups, app registrations, enterprise applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO/federation via SAML and OIDC • Identity and access management processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, role-based access, access reviews, and privileged access management • Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams • Endpoint management through Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, Autopilot, and device lifecycle management • Troubleshooting identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, device compliance, and user access • Knowledge of security and compliance standards, patching, and change control • Ability to create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and support materials
