📋 Description

• Lead and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions • Configure SAP SD across sales order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, shipping, picking, packing, goods issue, billing, invoicing, returns, cancellations, credit/debit memos, output and partner determination, and customer/Business Partner processes • Support credit management integration with the sales process • Manage integration between SAP SD/O2C and FI/CO, MM, EWM/WM, and other relevant modules • Handle testing and production support

🎯 Requirements

• Primary Skills: SAP SD / Order-to-Cash • Preferred Platform: SAP S/4HANA • Experienced SAP O2C Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes • Ability to independently handle business requirements, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and production support • Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD, including sales order management; sales document types, item categories, and schedule lines; pricing and condition techniques; Availability Check / ATP; delivery and shipping processes; picking, packing, and Post Goods Issue; billing and invoicing; returns, cancellations, and credit/debit memo processes; output and partner determination; customer and Business Partner-related processes • Good understanding of credit management and its integration with the sales process • Strong understanding of integration between SAP SD/O2C and FI/CO, MM, EWM/WM, and other relevant modules • Strong knowledge of pricing, order management, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns • Good understanding of O2C integration with FI/CO and MM • Conversational English advanced is a must
