📋 Description
• Manage security policies, configurations, and system health checks • Troubleshoot technical issues and support customer environments • Monitor infrastructure and resolve service-related incidents • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure and stable systems • Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance
🎯 Requirements
• Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or managed service environments • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and OSX • Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell or Bash • Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Virtualization experience (VMware/HyperV) • Knowledge of MSSQL or database concepts • Experience with security platforms or endpoint protection solutions
