• Proporcionar un servicio excepcional al cliente monitoreando los envíos diarios y proporcionando actualizaciones en tiempo real a los clientes. • Coordinar con transportistas y conductores para asegurar pickup y entrega a tiempo (OTD). • Resolver proactivamente retrasos en el tránsito, desviaciones de rutas o problemas de documentación. • Mantener registros precisos de datos de envíos e interacciones con clientes en nuestro sistema.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente dentro de la logística, tráfico o cadena de suministro. • Inglés conversacional avanzado (escrito y hablado). • Dominio en software de seguimiento de logística y Excel. • Debe tener su propio equipo de trabajo confiable: Laptop/PC • Conexión a internet de alta velocidad y estable.
