• Train physicians, nursing staff, patients, and other relevant customer groups on all Vantive products and therapies for Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) • Actively participate in all aspects of patient care by being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care • Provide telephone and/or on-site support for medical and technical inquiries regarding devices and products • Develop strategies and build customer relationships together with the PD team • Plan and implement PD projects • Document all activities in the CRM system and report accordingly • Work closely with product management
• Nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (Registered Nurse) • Certified healthcare and nursing professional • 3–5 years of therapy experience in home dialysis/peritoneal dialysis • Proven experience independently managing a territory • Didactic training skills and experience delivering training • High integrity and strong teamwork skills • Commitment and a patient-oriented mindset • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory; Class B driver’s license • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage • Languages: Fluent written and spoken French and good English skills
