📋 Description

• Identify manual processes and transform them into automations, integrations, and AI applications • Create and implement sales, CRM, and marketing automations using n8n and other tools • Automate lead data enrichment by integrating CRMs, APIs, and external data sources • Develop AI agents for lead reactivation and relationship management via WhatsApp and email • Create solutions for call transcription and intelligent call analysis • Automate meetings, minutes, and task management by integrating Trello, Jira, and Asana • Develop internal AI-powered chatbots using RAG, connected to the company’s knowledge base • Map sales, customer service, and operations processes, identifying bottlenecks and automation opportunities • Create continuous learning and data-driven optimization solutions • Structure and manage automated communication workflows across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other channels • Configure and monitor UTMs, pixels, tags, and conversion events • Integrate and manage CRM, marketing automation, chatbot, and digital tool platforms • Implement quick wins and develop advanced solutions using Python, LangChain, and AI

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in automation, AI, CRM, and marketing • Proficiency in Python • Familiarity with LangChain • Knowledge of JSON, HTTP, and programming logic • Experience integrating CRMs • Knowledge of APIs and webhooks • Familiarity with n8n
