📋 Description

• Resolve the team's most challenging technical issues, create reusable project-level standards, and establish best practices for service delivery • Produce high-fidelity deliverables, including digital rehearsals, complex comparison videos, and 5D dashboards • Perform QA/QC on deliverables and serve as the team's technical mentor, without direct people-management responsibilities • Support planning engineers, project managers, and field superintendents with 4D/5D services • Lead the 4D Construction Sequencing and Simulation process • Define, develop, and continuously improve BIM/VDC workflows for 4D planning and 5D control • Resolve complex issues involving linking, model subdivision, and construction sequence coordination • Lead the coordination of complex construction sequences aligned with break-out schedules • Architect, develop, and perform QA on 5D dashboards in Power BI • Lead the preparation of technical RFI content and presentations for clients' planning teams • Lead the technical portion of meetings with clients and contractors, validating scope, solutions, and deliverable quality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with construction companies, including hands-on 4D/5D delivery and a portfolio of completed simulations and analyses • Advanced knowledge of at least one major 4D platform, preferably Synchro 4D Pro and Fuzor • Advanced Revit skills • Demonstrated ability to design workflows, define technical standards, and lead the coordination of complex sequences • Experience producing high-fidelity digital rehearsals and Power BI dashboards • Demonstrated ability to lead technical reviews and mentor specialists • English (Level 4) • Technologist diploma, technical education, or bachelor's degree as listed in the job requisition • Knowledge of Navisworks, Google/Office tools, Primavera P6, Fuzor, Synchro 4D, Power BI, Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma, MS Project, and cmBuilder, in accordance with the requirements listed in the job requisition
