📋 Description

• Solve the team’s most difficult technical problems, create reusable project-level standards and establish best practices for service delivery; • Produce the highest-fidelity deliverables, including digital rehearsals, complex comparison videos and 5D dashboards, ensuring a high technical standard; • Perform QA/QC of deliverables and act as the technical mentor for the team without people-management responsibilities; • Support planning engineers, project managers and field superintendents through 4D/5D services, helping validate plans, identify sequencing issues early and reduce execution risks on site; • Lead the 4D Construction Sequencing and Simulation process; • Define, develop and evolve BIM/VDC workflows focused on 4D planning and 5D control, establishing reusable standards for the company’s projects; • Resolve complex linking, model subdivision and construction-sequence coordination issues, documenting and standardizing the solutions developed; • Lead coordination of complex construction sequences aligned with break-out schedules, producing detailed digital rehearsals for critical activities such as heavy equipment moves, framing and cladding/enclosure works; • Architect, develop and QA 5D dashboards in Power BI, ensuring the quality of cost data and financial analyses for the projects under your responsibility; • Lead the preparation of technical content for RFIs and presentation slide decks aimed at clients’ planning teams; • Lead the technical portion of meetings with clients and contractors, validating the technical scope, proposed solutions and the quality of deliverables;

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in construction companies with hands-on delivery in 4D/5D and a portfolio of simulations and analyses delivered; • Advanced knowledge of at least one principal 4D platform (preferably Synchro 4D Pro and Fuzor); • Advanced Revit skills; • Proven ability to design workflows, define technical standards and lead coordination of complex sequences; • Experience producing high-fidelity digital rehearsals and Power BI dashboards; • Demonstrated ability to lead technical reviews and mentor specialists.
