📋 Description

• Reconcile internal financial records with bank statements and make necessary adjustments to resolve discrepancies • Allocate expenses to appropriate accounts in QuickBooks Online • Maintain accurate income records in QuickBooks Online • Generate comprehensive financial reports • Process invoices and bills • Accurately and timely enter accounts payable and receivable transactions

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum 6 months consultancy contract • Familiarity in QuickBooks Online is a plus • Previous experience in a similar accounting role • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Ability to generate and interpret financial reports • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively • Open to consultancy contract minimum of 6 months • Able to work from home • Must have reliable internet connection
