📋 Description

• Record timely transactions in accounting books • Ensure proper accounting and bookkeeping methods are observed • Reconcile accounts monthly and update accounting schedules • Generate monthly financial statements • Assist with audits and resolve discrepancies • Work with the Accounting Manager on financial planning, analysis, and reporting • Follow team and/or client's procedures, policies, and methodologies • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 4–5 years of experience in accounting • Minimum 6 months consultancy contract • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus • Previous experience in a similar accounting role • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Ability to generate and interpret financial reports • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively • Able to work from home • Must have a reliable internet connection
