📋 Description

• Build and extend web services in the internal developer platform • Work on tooling to automate the development process and improve its quality • Own changes end to end, from the engineer reporting the problem through release of the fix • Work with C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET, and Azure DevOps

🎯 Requirements

• A deep understanding of the C#, .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms • Knowledge of software design principles: object-oriented design, domain-oriented architecture • Ability to establish and maintain automated quality control: tests, analyzers, and CI gates • Ability to split a large project into small, independently shippable increments • Ability to judge design and implementation quality in code review, and to explain the judgment • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology • English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams • Experience leading a technical initiative from idea to production • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, CI/CD • Willingness to learn, accept new challenges, and grow as an IC • Must be located in the Czech Republic for remote work
