• Create, plan and publish engaging content for our Italian Instagram account. • Adapt global content into compelling, localized Italian content. • Develop content ideas that resonate with Italian pet owners. • Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistent posting. • Monitor community engagement and interact with followers. • Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. • Identify, recruit and onboard relevant Italian influencers and content creators. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers. • Coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting. • Negotiate collaborations and ensure timely execution. • Track campaign performance and ROI. • Review and adapt marketing materials, product descriptions, landing pages and campaigns for the Italian market. • Ensure messaging, tone of voice and cultural references are relevant for Italian consumers. • Provide feedback on customer expectations, trends and competitive activity in Italy. • Support product launches and promotional campaigns with local market insights. • Assist the Marketing and E-commerce teams with ad hoc projects related to Italy. • Support customer communication and content localization when needed. • Help identify growth opportunities and new partnerships in the Italian market. • Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition in Italy.
• Native Italian speaker. • Excellent written communication skills and a strong understanding of Italian social media culture. • Good command of English; German is a plus but not required. • Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing and digital marketing. • Creative mindset combined with an analytical approach. • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects. • Organized, proactive and detail-oriented. • Passion for pets and animal welfare is a strong advantage. • First experience with Instagram, TikTok, influencer management or content creation is a plus.
