📋 Description
• Provide professional support to customers regarding HALEON healthcare products • Deliver accurate information, track issues, and ensure customer satisfaction • Uphold company policies, quality standards, and compliance rules • Represent the HALEON brand with empathy, professionalism, and patience
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English and Portuguese • Good customer service skills (multitasking, communication, empathy) • Customer-oriented mindset and problem solving • Residency card (valid 12+ months), EU citizenship or refugee card • Work permit & blue card applications are NOT accepted.
