📋 Description

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications • Use AWS services to build and deploy cloud-native applications • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and internal coding standards • Leverage AI-assisted development tools, prompt engineering, and context management techniques while reviewing AI-generated outputs • Create unit and integration tests using JUnit and participate in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline • Troubleshoot, profile, and optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability • Follow secure coding practices and applicable data privacy, compliance, and governance requirements • Maintain accurate system and process documentation • Own assigned features or modules from design through deployment and monitoring • Build features based on user needs and business impact • Participate in production support, bug fixes, incident resolution, and root cause analysis • Participate in quarterly planning, estimation, capacity planning, and objective definition • Work in short iterations or sprints, deliver committed stories, and attend Agile ceremonies • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and developers • Communicate through Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Confluence • Coordinate with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience • Strong backend development skills with Java and Spring Boot • Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture • Solid understanding of MongoDB and PostgreSQL (intermediate level) • Familiarity with AWS services, including Lambda, EKS, Step Functions, and CloudWatch • Practical experience with AI-assisted development, including creating effective prompts, using reusable AI skills and understanding how tools and integrations such as MCP can enhance development workflows
