📋 Description

• Drive sales growth for roof windows and flat-roof solutions • Strengthen VELUX’s presence in new-build projects • Visit and build relationships with architects, property developers, and construction companies • Promote VELUX roof-window and flat-roof solutions • Identify new opportunities and follow up on specified projects, primarily in Greater Porto • Coordinate with the sales team across different regions • Provide technical and commercial advice to integrate products and solutions into strategic projects • Provide occasional support in other areas for strategic projects, in coordination with the local sales team • Report to the Iberia Specification Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture • At least 5 years of experience in a related sector • Experience liaising with architectural firms, property developers, and construction companies • Results-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD • Experience with CRM systems is a plus • Intermediate to advanced spoken and written English for professional use • Dynamic, persuasive, and flexible profile aligned with VELUX values • Willingness to travel occasionally outside the main area • 12-month fixed-term contract
