📋 Description

• ツアーリーダーとしての役割 • 少人数グループ（4～12名）のお客様を対象に、2～3週間にわたる日本周遊ツアーを引率し、ホストおよび当社の代表として同行していただきます。 • 訪問地に関する分かりやすい説明 • 各地の魅力や背景を丁寧に伝え、日本という国への情熱を共有していただきます。 • お客様対応 • ツアー中に問題が発生した際の第一連絡窓口として対応していただきます。 • 安全管理および円滑なツアー運営 • お客様の安全確保と、スムーズなツアー進行を担っていただきます。 • サービス品質の管理 • 提携パートナーによるサービスが、当社の品質・安全・サステナビリティ基準を満たしているか確認していただきます。 • 楽しさの共有 • フランス語圏のお客様とともに旅を楽しみ、その喜びを分かち合っていただきます。
