📋 Description

• Comply with integrity and safety requirements in accordance with Veolia policies • Report work-related accidents, occupational illnesses, dangerous occurrences, near misses, incidents, and property damage to the Line Manager and EHS Manager, preferably via Gensuite • Perform on-site chemical testing and follow up on treatment programs • Complete customer reporting and data processing using the InSight platform • Provide first-line troubleshooting for cooling water, boiler water, water and wastewater, and industrial process treatment applications • Review agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with customers in cooperation with the Account Manager • Conduct site surveys, equipment start-up, and commissioning • Manage repairs, maintenance, and warranty activities • Perform minor assembly work as required • Maintain effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels of customer organizations • Support contract costing • Attend and deliver technical training • Carry out pilot projects and field trials as required • Coordinate projects • Participate in local team meetings and share best practices • Manage differentiating sales initiatives and implement company strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-service oriented with an external focus • Experience and/or an interest in water and process treatment is an advantage • Highly flexible with strong problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Veolia IT tools is essential • B.Sc. or higher in a chemistry-related field • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently • Fluency in German and intermediate English are essential; minimum proficiency levels: German C1 and English B2 • Valid driving license
