📋 Description

• Work closely with Delivery Leads and Champions to understand project challenges, define the adoption strategy, and determine where the AI Advanced Assets team should contribute • Transform Delivery challenges into new approaches • Design functional solutions using GenAI • Guide Consultants • Track results • Ensure adoption translates into increased productivity and quality • Take a proactive, communicative, collaborative, and autonomous approach to finding effective and creative solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of and experience with Generative AI • Experience with any SAP module, except HR • Knowledge of LLMs and Prompt Engineering • Familiarity with Agents, Automation, RAG, Ontologies, and Human-in-the-Loop • Ability to independently experiment with new tools and approaches • Comfortable delivering training, demonstrations, and practical guidance • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient activities that can be transformed through AI or automation • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with other Consultants, Champions, and technical teams • Analytical thinking and a systems-oriented perspective • Clear and objective communication • Collaborative attitude • Strong sense of technical ownership, overseeing the complete delivery lifecycle • Adaptability, maintaining quality in dynamic environments and amid shifting priorities • Attention to detail and commitment to best practices, ensuring clean, scalable, and well-documented code • Continuous learning mindset
