📋 Description

• Partner directly with Account Executives to expand Verkada's footprint into Fortune 500 companies • Interface directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders throughout the sales process • Analyse business and technical requirements • Overcome technical objections • Assist customers in designing deployments with Verkada products • Provide technical assistance to territory account representatives • Serve as trusted technical advisor to CTOs, CISOs, IT executives, security engineers, network engineers, and physical security leaders • Understand and analyse customer requirements to formulate and design system solutions • Collaborate with Sales to assess and qualify opportunities and translate business needs into technical specifications • Lead product demonstrations and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences • Act as Verkada's technical subject matter expert, collaborating with Product, Support, Marketing, and Enablement • Travel may be required at 25%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information and Computer Technology, Cybersecurity or related Engineering degree from an accredited university • Expert experience in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, Networking, Linux systems, Security Surveillance and Access Control • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs and L2 devices • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with effective presentation abilities • Excellent account management, follow-through, and attention to detail • Entrepreneurial and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn • Experience working with IT infrastructure, Linux operating systems, APIs, Python, and other coding languages preferred • Industry certifications are a plus: Network +, Security+, CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect, etc. • Must be independently authorised to work in New Zealand; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
