📋 Description

• Configure and build SAP IS-U applications in the Billing module • Provide functional design and support for North America-based utility clients of VertexOne • Collaborate with clients and North American team members to gather requirements • Develop and deploy solutions • Prepare business blueprints, business process plans (BPPs), functional documents, and test cases • Develop templates and methods to improve application support efficiency • Gather and prioritize SAP business requirements and design appropriate solutions • Understand configuration dependencies and interrelationships across SAP modules, including Device Management, CS/CRM, and FICA • Design and troubleshoot solutions using cross-module knowledge • Define test scenarios covering the full business scope • Create master data and conduct unit, cycle, and integration testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Commerce, Chartered Accountant, Master’s in Business Administration, degree in Finance, or equivalent degrees • At least 5+ years of experience in SAP application • Minimum of one full life-cycle implementation experience • Mature interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral • Formal training or certifications in SAP Billing (desired) • Experience in SAP implementation and support • Knowledge of SAP IS-Utilities environment (added advantage) • SAP Billing and invoicing knowledge • Knowledge of Meter to Cash • Experience with end-to-end Billing Master Data configuration • Experience with Billing Documents, Invoicing Documents, Automatic Billing and simulations, Manual Billing, Out-sorting, and Bill reversals • Experience with invoicing, out-sorting, and charges of invoicing • Knowledge of Collective Billing, Joint Invoicing, Budget Billing, Real Time Pricing, and Batch Processes • Experience with Bill Print and Print Workbench • Experience in regulated and/or de-regulated energy markets of North America • Knowledge of SAP module dependencies including Device Management, CS/CRM, and FICA
