📋 Description

• Provide SAP BASIS, database, and administration services in an SAP IS-U environment for North American clients • Deliver solutions for current and upcoming projects as part of a Basis resources team • Collaborate with functional teams, clients, and North American team members to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deploy solutions • Define system strategies, requirements, sizing, designs, prototypes, and support procedures • Perform SAP BASIS/NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP Security, and Oracle DBA administration • Install and administer HANA operating systems and databases • Support SAP rollouts, technical upgrades, application and HANA database operations, database upgrades, EHP upgrades, and OS/database migrations to HANA • Configure SAP and Fiori security • Manage HANA replication, disaster recovery, operations, monitoring, performance, and incidents • Implement and support GRC and NetWeaver tasks • Manage STMS, background jobs, spool administration, client maintenance, system copies, support packs, kernel patches, add-ons, and SNOTE corrections • Coordinate with business, infrastructure, and development teams to configure SAP and third-party applications • Troubleshoot configuration dependencies across SAP functional modules

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in SAP BASIS/NetWeaver Administration • Expert in SAP HANA Administration, SAP Security, and Oracle DBA Administration • Expert in OS and database installation for HANA • SAP implementation experience, including rollouts, SAP technical upgrades, SAP application and HANA database support, database upgrades, EHP upgrades, and OS/database migration to HANA • Experience defining system strategy, developing system requirements, sizing, designing and prototyping, and defining support procedures • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, ECC, BI EHP upgrades, and database upgrades • Hands-on experience in SAP and Fiori security setup and configurations • Knowledge of SAP HANA replication, SAP disaster recovery, SAP operations, SAP monitoring, SAP performance management, and SAP incident management • GRC project implementation and support for NetWeaver tasks • Experience with STMS, background job scheduling, spool administration, client maintenance, system copies, support packs, kernel patches, add-on installations, and SNOTE advanced corrections • Ability to interface with business stakeholders, IT infrastructure teams, and development teams • Understanding of configuration dependencies and interrelationships between SAP functional modules • Experience in SAP IS-U environments and utility-industry client projects
