📋 Description

• Configure and build SAP ISU applications in the Device Management (DM) module • Provide functional design and support for North America-based utility clients • Collaborate with clients and North America team members to gather requirements • Develop and deploy solutions • Prepare business blueprints, business process plans, functional documents, and test cases • Configure DM master data, validations, register groups, installations, and devices • Configure and support Meter Upload & Downloads, Scheduling, and Service Notifications • Define business-wide test scenarios • Create master data and conduct unit, cycle, and integration testing • Design and troubleshoot configuration dependencies across SAP MM, PM, FICA, CS/CRM, and Billing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Commerce or Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent degree • At least 6+ years of experience in SAP application • Minimum of one full life-cycle implementation experience • Mature interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral • SAP DM knowledge for business blueprints, business process plans, functional documents, and test cases • Strong knowledge of the Meter to Cash process • Experience in DM Master Data creation and configuration • Strong knowledge of Meter Upload & Downloads processes • Experience configuring Validations, Register groups, Installation and device-related configurations • Knowledge of Service Notification configuration • Mandatory knowledge of EDM, RTP and AMI infrastructure and setup • Understanding of configuration dependencies and interrelationships between SAP MM, PM, FICA, CS/CRM, Billing • Formal training or certifications in SAP DM • Experience in SAP Implementation and Support • Knowledge of SAP IS-Utilities environment is an added advantage
