📋 Description

• Provide direct, on-demand support to clients • Handle and resolve support tickets • Analyze and correct incidents • Support key users in their use of the module • Assess and implement minor improvements and configuration adjustments • Ensure the proper functioning of budget management processes • Ensure FM integration with other modules

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as an SAP FM Consultant • Experience with support and application maintenance (AMS) projects involving direct client interaction • Knowledge of budget structure, Availability Control (AVC), BCS, commitments, and fund reservations • Knowledge of FM integration with FI, CO, MM, and PS • Experience analyzing and resolving support tickets within SLA requirements • SAP S/4HANA experience is desirable • Strong communication skills and the autonomy to provide on-demand support to client users • Availability to provide support according to client demand
