📋 Description

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into clear test scenarios and test cases • Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and end-to-end testing • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected/actual results, logs, and evidence • Track QA KPIs to provide regular product health updates • Integrate AI tooling to improve workflow efficiency, documentation, and productivity • Act as a bridge between developers and product experts • Understand complex fintech business domains to ensure requirements are met from technical and user perspectives

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in browser debugging (Console/Network) and log analysis (via GCP) • Experience with API testing including the validation of RESTful services • Hands-on knowledge of non-functional testing, including performance and load testing • Working knowledge of NoSQL (e.g. Mongo DB) for data verification • Solid command of GitLab, including branching strategies and CI/CD pipeline integration • Familiarity with E2E test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, TypeScript) • Comfortable using AI tools to assist in test design, script generation, and troubleshooting • Strong emphasis and proven track record in hands-on manual, feature, regression, smoke, and migration testing • Experience managing test case databases and knowledge base maintenance • Proven ability to proactively identify, reproduce, and clearly document defects • Curious and motivated to understand complex fintech and trading workflows • A proactive problem-solver who identifies issues before they reach users • Structured and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and documentation • An effective communicator who can translate between technical and business contexts • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
