📋 Description

• Develop Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions to automate legal processes • Design and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for the analysis, interpretation, and generation of legal documents • Build solutions for extracting, classifying, and consolidating information from contracts, pleadings, legal opinions, and other legal documents • Develop automated Due Diligence applications for risk analysis, compliance, and the identification of document inconsistencies • Create intelligent tools to support litigation management, case analysis, and monitoring of legal obligations • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for querying legal document repositories • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Governance, and Technology teams to identify opportunities for automation and innovation • Ensure the security, traceability, privacy, and compliance of developed solutions in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies • Monitor the performance, accuracy, and evolution of AI models in production environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Computational Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering (with a focus on Computing), or a related field • Advanced Python • Machine Learning and Deep Learning • Natural Language Processing (NLP) • Generative AI • LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral) • LangChain or LangGraph • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Prompt Engineering • MLOps • APIs and microservices • Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search) • Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI • Preferred experience: intelligent contractual data extraction; automated contract analysis; Due Diligence; litigation automation; compliance and risk management; Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and Data Governance; Legal Tech tools • Preferred certifications: AI-102 Azure AI Engineer Associate; DP-100 Azure Data Scientist Associate; AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert; AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty; AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional; Professional Machine Learning Engineer
