• Conduct role-play sessions as a clinically informed persona in structured, multi-turn AI conversations • Evaluate AI responses for safety, empathy, clinical appropriateness, and risk handling • Provide structured written feedback grounded in clinical reasoning • Flag responses that miss risk signals, provide unsafe guidance, or fall short of best-practice crisis communication • Assess risk recognition, safety messaging, psychoeducation accuracy, and adherence to evidence-based crisis-response practices

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed or formally trained professional in psychiatry, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a related mental health field • Experience in suicide prevention, crisis intervention, or risk assessment is highly valued • Relevant profiles include psychiatry or psychiatric nursing, clinical or counseling psychology, crisis intervention or suicide prevention specialists, mental-health-focused social work, clinical helpline or support-center professionals, formally trained emotional-health coaching or therapy, and mental health/risk-assessment researchers or educators • Application must be completed entirely in English or Portuguese • Must not use AI in the application; AI use will result in the application being blocked • Ability to work with sensitive topics including emotional distress, suicidal ideation, and depression
