📋 Description

• Represent commercialization in all early PD cycle product review meetings • Ensure viability of development samples to commercialization requirements • Partner with brand and vendor development, engineering, and production teams • Ensure accuracy in pattern, fit, materials and assembly technics • Conduct correct laboratory testing to ensure product performance • Lead / track extreme fit trial schedules • Report each stage to cross functional stakeholders • Update downstream teams against timelines to ensure BR and T4 readiness • Collaborate with VF’s nominated GMS mold tooling team • Validate sample and production patterns against yield utilization

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years relevant experience in manufacturing or technical or production environments • Degree holder in Textiles, Eq./ Apparel/ Footwear related fields • Subject Expert In: footwear, LEAN manufacturing, Automation, patterns, laboratory standards and testing / materials • Able to breakdown complex engineering situations and information into easily communicatable mails in a verbal or written format • Knowledge of footwear with a key focus on the all technical constructions, laboratory testing, material performance, fit and wear, LEAN production, automation and speed development • Strong upholder of VF’s core pillars. • Excellent English, Mandarin is a plus local regional language
