📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of specialists; coach performance and support professional growth • Manage a portfolio of factories within the assigned country, ensuring core KPIs are consistently met or exceeded • Contribute to Risk Assessment (TD) and Pre-Production (T4) meetings by identifying risks and recommending actions to safeguard product quality and performance • Promote a “Speak-up” culture • Resolve production-related issues, including material delays and low output, with VF functions and factory partners • Participate in root cause analysis and CAP reviews for quality claims with the QM team • Facilitate CAP implementation and ensure the effectiveness of implemented actions • Support the RSO team in completing social/environmental compliance corrective action plans • Assist with VF environmental and social programs, including Higg Index, WCD, and LABS • Co-lead the automation strategy with the Commercialization team • Support factories in adopting lean manufacturing and best-in-class practices • Leverage data analytics to improve factory performance and efficiency • Maintain relationships with cross-functional partners and act as the key contact for operational escalations • Stay informed of industry trends, material innovations, and manufacturing best practices • Promote compliance, accountability, continuous improvement, VF Values, and the “Winning Together” culture • Explain organizational vision and strategic goals to the team and connect daily operations to overall direction • Participate in planning and prioritization and identify improvement opportunities through cross-functional collaboration • Support employee performance and development through coaching and feedback • Encourage collaboration and shared learning to strengthen team performance • Lead by example through continuous improvement and adaptability • Execute aligned processes to achieve objectives, anticipate and prevent problems, and proactively solve issues • Build strong relationships and maintain clear, transparent communication with teams and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of the apparel, equipment, and packs product category, including manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods • Proven leadership experience managing multicultural teams and influencing stakeholders • Ability to lead, facilitate, and champion change • Product Development or Technical expertise is advantageous • Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics • Passion for product and consumer-first mindset • Ability to manage complex interpersonal interactions, solve problems, make decisions, and work effectively under pressure • Excellent organizational and analytical skills; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks/projects • Ability to collaborate across global individuals and organizations • Cultural sensitivity and awareness • Creative, energetic, and motivated spirit • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in production operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role • Experience working with overseas factories and multicultural factory management teams • Proven experience leading and developing teams • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region
