📋 Description

• Support and enable sales for VIAVI AMS portfolio in Benelux and Southern Africa • Work with PLM and SME teams to propose technical solutions for customer requirements • Present and demonstrate solutions to customers • Write technical project documentation • Collaborate with Account Directors to define sales strategy • Support accountability for bookings across the related product portfolio in EMEA • Introduce, implement and follow up the AMS portfolio across EMEA • Act as the customer voice and drive customer issues to successful resolution with PLM, R&D, Support and Engineering • Deliver pre-sales technical support to EMEA customers • Serve as technical point of contact for DT and A1 groups • Deliver product and technology presentations at local roadshows, seminars and webinars • Follow up customer implementations and product evolution • Provide business-unit feedback to increase innovation • Transfer product and technology knowledge to Sales and Channel Partners • Participate in weekly EMEA Solutions Consultants virtual meetings • Drive sales growth in the region for the AMS portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• High-level pre-sales technical support experience for network solutions in EMEA • Knowledge of Geolocation Intelligence, Core Network Monitoring, Service Assurance, OSS and AIOps • Ability to act as the main technical point of contact for DT and A1 groups • Ability to deliver product and technology presentations at roadshows, technical seminars and webinars • Self-motivated approach to penetrating opportunities and accounts for sales enablement • Knowledge of Network Optimization methods and gains • Ability to follow up customer project implementations and product evolution • Ability to identify ecosystem trends and activities and optimize product positioning • Ability to provide feedback to Product Line Managers and R&D • Ability to share experiences and best practices across EMEA Solutions Engineer teams • Ability to transfer product and technology knowledge to Sales and Channel Partners through training • Ability to participate in weekly EMEA Solutions Consultants virtual meetings • Ability to measure progress, identify gaps and execute recovery actions • Willingness to travel 40% of the time, mainly in East and Central Europe
