📋 Description

• Responsible for sales and development of Victaulic HVAC products and systems in North of Italy. • Promote the Victaulic System for binding applications and HVAC solutions. • Ensure proper knowledge of Victaulic solutions through seminars, training, technical literature, and support. • Pursue acceptance and specification of the Victaulic System by Owners and Engineering Consulting companies. • Demonstrate proper installation of the Victaulic System in the field. • Visit job sites and follow up on the installation process by contractors. • Train contractor's personnel in usage and installation of Victaulic systems if required. • Coordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory. • Liaise with local Victaulic distributor to maintain proper information flow. • Report weekly to the Sales Director on activities and marketing information, and achieve sales results.

🎯 Requirements

• University / College degree, preferably as a mechanical engineer, or demonstrate equivalent. • Sales and Technical knowledge acquired through experience (minimum 3-5 years). • Familiarity with the mechanical application business or ability to quickly acquire necessary knowledge and skills. • Strong commercial feeling and ambition, with a customer-oriented approach. • Strong team-oriented behavior and communication skills. • Result-driven with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Required to travel throughout the whole Italian territory. • Must communicate fluently in English.
