The company supplies grooved couplings, fittings, valves, hydronic balancing systems, and related services (engineering support, training, software content) to contractors, engineers, and industrial clients across commercial, residential, mission-critical, energy, and oil & gas markets.

📋 Description

• Promote Victaulic products and solutions for HVAC systems and other piping applications • Report weekly to the Sales Director on activities and marketing information • Achieve budgeted sales and results • Demonstrate proper installation of Victaulic products and tools in the field • Pursue and obtain acceptance and specification of the Victaulic System by owners and engineering consulting companies • Ensure regional knowledge of Victaulic products and systems through seminars, training, technical literature, and technical support • Liaise with the local Victaulic distributor and maintain proper information flow • Visit job sites and follow up on contractor installation of the Victaulic System • Train contractor personnel in system usage and installation when required • Handle product claims with the Victaulic Corporate Engineering department • Assist finance personnel with collecting customer receivables • Coordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory

🎯 Requirements

• University / College degree, preferably as a mechanical engineer, or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of technical knowledge acquired through experience • Familiarity with the piping business or ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills • Commercial feeling and ambition • Customer-oriented approach • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing challenges • Willingness to travel as required, up to 75% • Strong communication skills and professional appearance • Fluent communication in Slovakian (Hungarian) and English • Knowledge of any other language is an asset
