📋 Description

• Design, build, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and Salesforce APIs • Lead hands-on Agentforce development, from identifying suitable use cases and configuring agents through to testing and deployment • Enhance Sales Cloud and build or maintain integrations across Salesforce, FinancialForce and other enterprise systems • Work with stakeholders to understand the business problem and decide when to use Apex, Salesforce Flow or other native platform capabilities • Review the existing estate and identify improvements to performance, scalability and maintainability • Maintain good standards for testing, security, source control, deployment and technical documentation • Collaborate with internal Salesforce colleagues and external development partners • Work as part of an agile software development team • Write and review code, work directly with business stakeholders, challenge requirements and recommend delivery approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer, with the ability to take ownership of development work in a small team • Hands-on experience building solutions with Apex and LWC • Solid knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce APIs and integration patterns • Strong Sales Cloud experience and experience working in complex or multi-org Salesforce environments • Practical experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling and automation, including Salesforce Flow • Experience with modern Salesforce development and deployment practices, including Salesforce DX, Git and CI/CD • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Hands-on Agentforce implementation is essential • Experience personally designing, building and implementing Salesforce Agentforce agents for real business use cases, ideally through to production • Ability to explain personally built Agentforce functionality and describe how it was tested and deployed • Ability to explain configuration of topics, actions, instructions and guardrails, and agent interactions with Salesforce data, automation, APIs or existing business processes
