📋 Description

• Conduct complex financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis • Lead the annual bottom-up budgeting process • Develop and maintain sophisticated rolling forecasts • Execute rigorous variance reporting by analyzing monthly actuals against budget • Establish and monitor critical business health KPIs • Leverage AI-driven methodologies for predictive trend analysis • Architect and manage dynamic dashboards for cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required • MBA or professional certification (CFA/CPA) is highly desirable • 4+ years of progressive, hands-on experience within a corporate FP&A environment • Expert-level proficiency in Excel (including VBA and Power Query) • Strong command of modern data stacks for predictive financial data science
