📋 Description
• Manage and maintain the client’s Kajabi platform • Set up Kajabi products, offers, pages, forms, lead magnets, landing pages, and related assets • Support online coaching cohorts, webinars, consultation/application funnels, onboarding, and client follow-up • Create and manage email campaigns, automated sequences, nurture campaigns, pre-sale/post-sale journeys, and subscriber segmentation • Build and manage marketing funnels designed to generate leads and convert them into clients • Track funnel and email performance, identify customer-journey bottlenecks, and recommend conversion improvements • Transform the client’s information-focused website into a sales-driven, conversion-focused website • Conduct social media and competitor research • Develop 90-day content calendars and monthly content plans • Create social media copy, captions, educational/promotional posts, and visual assets • Repurpose existing content and coordinate content around launches, cohorts, lead magnets, and offers • Schedule posts, monitor engagement, respond to or flag comments, and manage online communities • Set up and manage Facebook groups and cohort communities • Create social media, promotional, lead magnet, quote, and testimonial graphics • Edit short-form videos, reels, captions, and basic video content where applicable • Organize digital files, calendars, campaign assets, spreadsheets, reports, task lists, deadlines, and deliverables • Take ownership of tasks, prioritize work, meet deadlines, communicate blockers, think ahead, and keep projects moving independently • Recommend priorities and improvements while working toward measurable business outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Strong, hands-on experience with Kajabi • Practical experience building and managing marketing systems inside Kajabi • Experience with email marketing • Experience with marketing funnels • Experience with lead magnets • Experience with online marketing • Strong understanding of social media management • Strong written communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Highly organized • Proactive and accountable • Able to work independently • Comfortable meeting deadlines • Strong execution skills • Able to understand and follow a client’s brand voice • Comfortable using AI as a support tool without producing robotic content • Ability to understand the client’s personality and tone • Ability to humanize AI-assisted content and edit AI-generated drafts naturally • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest; potential future work with TikTok and LinkedIn • Canva experience • CapCut or basic video editing experience preferred • Experience supporting coaches or consultants preferred • Experience with online cohorts, Kajabi funnels, sales-focused websites, conversion optimization, client nurturing, onboarding sequences, or consultation/application funnels preferred • Preferred VA: Experienced female VA
