📋 Description

• Edit raw footage into polished, long-form YouTube videos • Edit podcast recordings into publication-ready videos • Repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips of 59 seconds or less for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms • Identify compelling podcast highlights and key insights for promotional clips • Create thumbnails for YouTube videos • Organise project files and follow a preferred editing style • Incorporate feedback and deliver agreed outputs within the project timeline • Produce the proposed package: 1 full podcast edit, 1 full YouTube video edit, 2–3 short promotional clips, and thumbnail creation • Complete projects in approximately 5 days, subject to final scope and confirmation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in long-form video editing and podcast editing • Experience creating short-form promotional clips from longer recordings • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut • Basic thumbnail creation skills • Good understanding of video pacing, transitions, audio quality, and visual storytelling • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet agreed deadlines • Experience working with content creators, podcasters, coaches, or personal brands would be an advantage
