📋 Description
• Provide pre-construction support • Coordinate bids and manage document control • Create bid scope sheets • Organize RFPs • Put together submittal sheets and finish schedules • Contact suppliers and subcontractors for pricing via phone or email • Verify subcontractor quotes against takeoff quantities • Send out proposals
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Architecture • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral • Experience with painting and wall coverings • Proficient in Planswift (required) or zzTakeoff • Strong ability to read plans and specifications • Commercial painting experience (required) • Schedule: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm ET (Eastern Time)
