📋 Description

• Build one affiliate and creator program across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify • Define each channel's role, economics, tracking, tiers, commissions, and incentives • Coach creators, oversee their success, run creator calls, provide feedback, and maintain engagement • Monitor platform changes, affiliate and creator models, and AI tools; test new approaches • Own sample spend, commissions, retainers, and measurement of sales and margin returns • Direct a sourcing team to maintain a steady pipeline of suitable creators • Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing affiliates and creators • Repurpose high-performing creator content in paid media for Amazon and Shopify • Operate the program using CRM, documented processes, and AI-powered workflows • Report to the CEO and build a multimillion-dollar program across all sales channels • Deliver month-over-month affiliate sales growth, program profitability, top-affiliate sales growth, consistent creator posting, and systems-based operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing for e-commerce brands • Built and scaled an affiliate or creator program for at least one other e-commerce brand, with demonstrable results • Hands-on experience running affiliate on at least two of TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify, with the range to run all three • A point of view on where affiliate is going next, and one thing built ahead of the curve • Strong grasp of program economics, including commission structures, cost per creator, and margin • Experience coaching creators and leading a sourcing team or virtual assistants • AI capability, a CRM, and documented SOPs • Daily use of AI to get more done with less is a must-have • Clear communication, trust-building, excellence, follow-through, data-driven decision-making, structure, relationships, and momentum
