📋 Description

• Write high-quality B2B articles, essays and thought-leadership content for the target audience • Write personalised prospecting messages, follow-ups, customer communications and post-call recaps • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists across Turkey, Europe and increasingly South Africa • Research companies and decision-makers, identifying relevant opportunities and potential introductions • Run email and LinkedIn outbound campaigns and manage follow-ups through to booked meetings • Develop and refine messaging based on prospect responses and campaign results • Create and edit product copy, website content, onboarding materials, help text and other written communications • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research, drafting and organisation, while checking and correcting information • Accurately update prospecting activity and interactions in the CRM • Work directly with the Co-Founder and COO, taking weekly feedback and independently managing workload

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional writing experience, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, technology or commercial environment • Proven experience writing engaging content, including articles, thought leadership, copy, newsletters, website content or other published work • Hands-on B2B outbound experience, including building prospect lists, sending personalised outreach, managing replies and booking meetings • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write clearly, naturally and without unnecessary jargon or filler • Strong research skills and ability to understand a business, its customers and their challenges before writing to them • Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools as part of everyday workflow • Ability to identify inaccurate or AI-generated information and fact-check outputs before they reach a prospect or customer • Comfortable working independently in an early-stage, founder-led environment with limited structure • Strong commercial instinct and understanding of how good writing can start conversations and generate opportunities • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial technology or operations is advantageous • Network or understanding of the South African manufacturing and distribution market is a strong advantage • Comfortable starting on a part-time, paid-trial basis with potential for increased hours • Prepared to provide 2–3 writing samples, an example of an outbound sequence run, and a brief explanation of current AI use as part of the application process
