📋 Description

• **Client Overview** • A Cape Town-based luxury interior design studio specialising in high-end hospitality and residential environments. The studio operates with a boutique structure and places strong emphasis on creative leadership, design excellence, and close alignment with its founder’s vision. • **Role Summary**** This is a future-facing leadership role and not the immediate hiring priority. The position will require a highly experienced design professional capable of leading creative direction, managing team output, and aligning closely with the founder’s vision and studio standards. • The role is currently loosely defined, as the existing function evolved organically within the business.
