📋 Description

• Reconciliation of stock across all locations between warehouse system and ERP (SAP ByDesign) to help drive availability. • Investigation and resolution of stock discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to avoid repeat issues. • Management of all stock deliveries into the ERP. • Monitoring stock valuation and investigating discrepancies. • Managing stock counts and preparing year‑end files for auditors. • Developing and improving stock management processes. • Ownership of specific general ledger accounts in relation to stock.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working within a commercial finance team. • Experience within a stock‑focused business, ideally involving imported goods. • Strong Excel capability. Use and adoption of automation preferred. • Experience using an ERP and/or stock management system. • Analytical, detail‑oriented and confident liaising with operational stakeholders.
