📋 Description

• Onboarding and offboarding employees in our systems • Administration of central productivity tools • Supporting local teams with technical issues • End-to-end management of the device inventory • Pragmatic troubleshooting • Collaboration with various departments

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in IT support and system administration • Solid knowledge of administering Google Workspace • Experience with device management for Windows and macOS • Strong troubleshooting skills for local computers, networks, and peripherals • Good business English communication skills (French and/or German a plus) • Eager to learn and open to new technologies
