📋 Description

• Answer all customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, chat, email) • Perform accurate diagnosis of inquiries and providing appropriate solutions/responses • Support and provide information to all internal and external customers • Participate in cross-functional communications and meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Very good oral and written Portuguese communication skills • Strong interest in eCommerce and marketing • Good computer skills • Experience with graphic design and/or photo imaging design software a plus
