📋 Description

• Independently lead consulting projects to optimize operating costs and revenues with the goal of sustainably improving the profitability of partner hospitals • Plan, manage and coordinate projects in the medical area, e.g., public tenders under the VgV and cross-functional projects within hospitals • Facilitate workshops with managing directors, heads of finance, chief physicians, and medical and nursing decision-makers • Support and further develop expert networks in collaboration with hospitals and industry partners • Support the procurement department and work closely with contracted suppliers • Deliver professional project management including communication, documentation, and the refinement of templates and standards within your area of responsibility • Actively shape and further develop the consulting portfolio taking into account current regulatory, economic and market-specific developments (e.g., expansion of outpatient care, hospital reform and sustainability)

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed medical or nursing training with an additional business qualification, or a degree in business administration • Several years of professional experience in healthcare or in MedTech (e.g., sales, OR management, hospital controlling, medical controlling, hospital procurement) or as a management consultant • Strong medical knowledge and solid understanding of medical devices, ideally in the area of high-end implants and/or OR consumables • Understanding of clinical service and care processes as well as billing structures in inpatient hospital operations and, ideally, also in outpatient settings • Strong skills in structuring and performing detailed analyses of providers' procurement data • High flexibility and willingness to travel across Germany • A strong communicator with a confident presence and well-developed facilitation, presentation and consulting skills.
