📋 Description

• Drive strategic IT, SaaS, and enterprise-wide business transformation programs from inception to successful completion • Establish and refine modern project governance models • Introduce innovative practices and AI-supported ways of working • Engage directly with executive stakeholders • Lead Steering Committees to secure alignment across complex, multi-vendor environments • Build trusted partnerships across cross-functional business lines and external partners • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive early mitigations • Challenge the status quo and drive continuous organizational improvement • Solve problems independently rather than escalating them • Mentor, coach, and collaborate with team colleagues to cultivate high delivery standards and a growth mindset

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience leading large-scale digital or enterprise technology transformations • Proven track record in strategic positions such as IT Transformation Manager, Senior Program Manager, or Technology Delivery Manager • Deep expertise in business-IT alignment • Executive stakeholder management experience • Experience navigating international or multi-country organizations • Ability to operate autonomously with minimal guidance • Exceptional ownership, resilience, and personal accountability • Outstanding communication and influencing skills • Ability to drive change and build consensus without formal authority • Curiosity for emerging trends and a growth mindset • Passion for adopting AI-enabled project practices • Full fluency in written and spoken English
