📋 Description

• Design event tracking plans with product teams • Build and run ingestion pipelines into Snowflake • Model raw data into reliable datasets using dbt • Design semantic layers and metadata for AI-ready data • Define metrics, document data, and maintain data stewardship • Keep Amplitude and Snowflake/dbt reporting consistent • Bring product, payments, marketing, and third-party data into Snowflake using Weld, Stitch, and dltHub • Orchestrate pipelines in Airflow with alerting and recovery paths • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and analysts • Participate in technical and final interviews during the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering • Advanced SQL skills • Hands-on experience with dbt and a cloud data warehouse, ideally Snowflake • Experience designing event tracking plans with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar • Experience with ELT and data integration tools such as Weld, Stitch, dltHub, or Fivetran • Experience orchestrating workflows with Airflow or a similar tool • Knowledge of dimensional modelling, incremental models, and slowly changing dimensions • Ability to work directly with engineers, product managers, and analysts to translate needs into data products • English proficiency at B2 level minimum • Availability to work within a country in a ±2-hour range from CET/CEST • Experience making data AI-ready, semantic layers, rich metadata, or connecting LLMs to a warehouse is a bonus • Python, GCP, BI migration, and data quality/observability experience are bonuses
