📋 Description

• Apply your knowledge of care planning and analyze text data from the perspective of a qualified care professional • Work with the team to define specific data quality requirements • Identify patterns in the data • Formulate suggestions for improvement • Assess how well AI models meet the professional standards and needs of care professionals • Participate in the recruiting process, including an intro call, take-home exercise, and expertise deep dive

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed training or gained practical experience in elderly care and are familiar with care planning • You understand the day-to-day realities of care professionals and can empathize with their expectations • You are curious about how AI can make care professionals’ everyday work easier • You work independently and reliably and can stay organized while managing multiple tasks • Willingness to participate in weekly team meetings • You are enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences • You are available to work 20 hours per week • Excellent written and spoken German • A German-language résumé is required
