• Review business impact analyses as well as continuity strategies and tests of the developed business continuity plans — what happens in a crisis? Are we prepared? • Evaluate and assess new risk management solutions (e.g., process updates, methodologies, tools, etc.) • Support the risk management team in preparing and conducting workshops — internally and with our partners across the organization • Contribute to the implementation of new risk management tools and visualizations across teams and organizational structures to improve existing workflows or establish new working routines • Identify user needs and derive requirements and key results, and incorporate them into a clear and structured backlog
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology / Software Development • Fluent in German and English • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a team, approaching tasks in a structured and independent manner
• Option to work remotely within Germany • Internship duration: 6 months, 35 hours per week • Compensation: €13.90 per hour • Working student position duration: 6 months (with option to extend up to two years), 20 hours per week, up to 35 hours per week during semester breaks • Compensation: €17.80 per hour
