📋 Description

• Responding to customer inquiries about products and services, such as personnel, website, company information, vehicle-related issues, electromobility, service topics, sales, redirects, and contact details • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints • Handling inquiries received via multiple channels • Identifying customer needs and supporting customers with specific features • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions • Assisting with onboarding and training new employees upon management request • Updating internal databases with information about technical issues and relevant customer interactions • Informing customers about new features and functionalities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required) • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Care Specialist or in a similar Customer Service Representative (CSR) role (preferred) • Native-level German or at least C1 proficiency in German (required) • Fluent English is a plus • Familiarity with the automotive industry (advantage) • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
