📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing of mobile games • Identify and document crucial defects and own the QA process • Create processes and tools to improve overall game quality • Monitor technical KPIs of live games and propose improvement strategies • Coordinate with design and development teams to provide feedback on game mechanics and product refinement • Design test plans for new features and releases • Prioritize and execute testing tasks across development stages according to timelines and objectives • Independently address and resolve issues • Foster an open feedback culture and participate in constructive team dialogue • Collaborate with central tech teams on quality-related initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a QA Engineer in Mobile Games • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle tasks from start to finish with little assistance • Ability to identify and address issues independently and effectively • Reliable self-starter and team player • Passion for mobile games and insight into player perspectives and expectations • Proven experience using various testing tools and methodologies for mobile games • Clear communication skills • Good understanding of Free-to-Play (F2P) games and game design principles (a plus) • Release management experience (a plus) • Fluent English, speaking and writing • Comfortable using AI daily and building custom agents or reusable automations • Must live within a +/- 2-hour time-zone difference from CET, or be willing to relocate
