📋 Description

• Ensure the smooth operation of SAP HCM solutions, including payroll, for customers • Continuously enhance SAP HCM solutions • Support implementations, migrations, and release upgrades in the HCM environment • Provide support to existing customers for SAP HCM applications • Analyze and revise processes in close cooperation with the relevant business departments • Identify opportunities for optimization

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting • Expertise in the PA, PY, and/or other HCM modules • Sound business expertise within the SAP HCM system • Comprehensive knowledge of customizing • Strong consulting skills and a high level of commitment • Experience in project and sub-project management is an advantage • Familiarity with schemas and rules • Team-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work independently in a structured manner • Payroll experience is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement
