📋 Description
• Ensure the smooth operation of SAP HCM solutions, including payroll • Project work within the HCM domain, including implementations, migrations and release upgrades • Provide support to existing customers through support activities • Analyze and revise processes with business units to optimize them
🎯 Requirements
• 5 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting • Expertise in the PA (Personnel Administration), PY (Payroll) and/or other HCM modules • Strong consulting skills and dedication • Experience in project and subproject management is an advantage • Team-oriented, results-driven, and able to work independently with a structured approach
